We understand that every person is different. That's why our classes are in a safe, supportive and personalised environment.
Our classes are:
- Designed to be small! Each class has a maximum of 8 people.
- Tailored to your injury and rehabilitation needs and limitations.
- Able to be modified specifically for pre- and post- natal bodies.
- Designed to provide exercises to suit all fitness levels.
- Contain exercises that activate specific muscle groups for targeted rehab.
Small Group Mat Pilates
Pilates is a strength based exercise program which focuses on correct muscle activation and control. Pilates is a whole body workout which aims to tone muscles and improve strength and flexibility.
Our classes are structured so that they allow individuals of all ages and levels of experience to participate and strengthen their deep core and pelvic floor muscles, gluteals, lower back and postural muscles.
Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates and exercise rehabilitation sessions focus on strength, stability, muscle control, posture and balance using a mixture of Pilates and general exercises.
These sessions are offered one on one which allows an individualized program that will help you to reach your strength and fitness goals.
These sessions are great for:
• pre and post natal
• injury rehabilitation and prevention
• athletes
• those who are unsure about starting an exercise
program or looking for some extra personalized support

Strength and Mobility
Our Strength and Mobility Class is designed to promote strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is tailored to the clients unique needs, including seniors, aiming to enhance their overall well-being and quality of life.
Key Highlights: Safe and effective exercises led by Osteopaths, enhanced functional fitness, balance and fall prevention, enhanced core strenth and stability, joint health promotion, social engagement, improved quality of life.
We provide any necessary equipment, such as resistance bands or light weights, to facilitate the exercises and ensure a safe and effective workout.
Stretch and Flexibility
Our Stretch and Flexibility Class is designed to improve your flexibility, enhance your range of motion, and promote overall well-being. The class covers a wide range of stretching techniques, including static, dynamic and foam rolling. These methods target different muscle groups and help improve flexibility in various parts of the body. Whether you're an athlete looking to optimize your performance, a fitness enthusiast seeking to prevent injuries, or simply someone interested in feeling more limber, this class is tailored to meet your needs.
Benefits include: Injury prevention, improved range of motion, stress relief, improved posture.
Gentle Yoga
Our Gentle Yoga class is designed to help improve strength, balance and flexibility, whilst promoting awareness and harmony in the mind and body.
This is a class suitable for beginners and those with injuries. We also provide a chair option for those who have difficulty getting on and off the floor.
These classes will conclude with meditation to help clear the mind, reduce stress, improve mood and support overall wellbeing!
